Audience-centered execution backed by strategic enterprise thinking.
I am a Public Relations and Strategic Communications professional specializing in internal communications, brand storytelling, and digital operations. By connecting deep audience insights with smooth, organized execution, I design communication strategies that protect brand identity and keep stakeholders engaged.
Academic Case Studies & Mock Campaigns
Featured Project: Apple Inc. — AI Integration Internal Communications Strategy
San Jose State University Senior Coursework
A communication plan managing company-wide AI integration, balancing employee support with precise operational timelines.
Strategic Timeline Cascades
Designed a step-by-step, 24-hour notification schedule for leadership and managers to ensure internal teams were informed first, completely eliminating the risk of external leaks.
Workforce Upskilling Framework
Developed a practical, 30-day educational roadmap to help employees smoothly learn and integrate new AI tools into their daily work without disrupting productivity.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Created clear operational pledges focused on clean energy and sustainable water use for data centers to reassure employees of the company's corporate responsibility.
Lemme Inc. — Consumer Behavior & Brand Strategy
Academic Case Study & Market Validation
I conducted a brand audit identifying a major trust gap between Lemme’s celebrity marketing and what health-conscious consumers actually want: clinical proof. I proposed a strategic pivot centered on third-party validation and scientific transparency. Weeks after this analysis was completed, Lemme executed this exact strategy in real life—validating my market predictions.
The Research-Backed Insight: According to the Pew Research Center’s Social Media Fact Sheet, 80% of people ages 18–29 use Instagram and 63% use TikTok. While these platforms offer massive reach, celebrity brands face built-in skepticism. As a Harvard Business Review article points out, consumers are often cynical about a star's true commitment to their products due to a long history of empty endorsements.
The Opportunity: Recognizing this stigma, I identified a clear opportunity for Lemme to cut through consumer cynicism by establishing rock-solid, clinical credibility rather than relying solely on playful marketing.
Audience-Centered Execution: Structured a 4-week content plan utilizing educational breakdowns and public press releases to openly address consumer skepticism and validate ingredient efficacy.
Creative Direction & Editorial Styling
Sustainable Curation & High-End Visual Concepts
A portfolio of curated visual storytelling, wardrobe styling, and editorial direction.
High-end visual storytelling doesn’t require massive budgets—it requires vision. Every single piece of clothing used in these editorial campaigns was sourced entirely from thrift stores. I built these three distinct apparel capsules from scratch to prove that premium luxury aesthetics can be engineered sustainably through creative resourcefulness and a sharp eye for style.

In-Store Training & Luxury Wardrobe Curation for Louis Vuitton
Designed, directed, and modeled entirely by Chandler Gatihi.
During my time at the highest-grossing Louis Vuitton flagship in Northern California, I stepped in to lead weekly, hands-on training sessions for our store staff. I developed a framework deployed both digitally and in person that translated heritage brand DNA into practical client profiles, teaching team members how to match high-end styling to diverse guest segments.
By training the staff to intentionally connect new handbag releases with ready-to-wear tailoring across our physical floor and digital outreach platforms, this styling approach successfully drove multi-category sales and elevated the boutique's fashion culture.
Maximizing high-velocity handbag releases through timeless heritage tailoring frameworks.
Leveraging globally trending handbag releases and layered monogram accessories to anchor contemporary, high-contrast streetwear silhouettes.
Blending men's custom denim and luxury sneakers into women's high-end outfits, training the team on how to style pieces across different sections of the store to increase cross-category sales.
